I believe it is a nasty scare tactics played with unsuspecting users. They (Microsoft) perhaps thought user’s won’t react this way. After all, why bother if you lose a free tool, apparently infected with Trojan, when you have its Microsoft alternative???

Why? I rather advise Microsoft to research over this. May be Microsoft bothered people more than Trojans!
